Veritas Hospitality Advisors: A Premium Rebrand, Built to Be Found by AI

Veritas Hospitality Advisors, an independent hotel advisory for owners in India, asked AISearch Global for a premium rebrand built for AI answers. The result: a website grown from 1 page to 28, a full brand pack, a site health score of 98/100, live in about 3 weeks, and an accurate description on all 6 AI surfaces tested by name.

The Brief

Veritas Hospitality Advisors is an independent advisory, set up in July 2025, that works only for hotel owners, never for operators or brands. Its founder, Vaishakh Surendran, wanted a premium brand and a website to match, and he wanted both built so that AI answers could find, understand and cite the business. The original site, the one the business launched with, was a single page, and the rebrand came just over a year after the company was set up.

About the Founder

Vaishakh Surendran is an independent hotel owner advisor with more than 25 years in hospitality across India, the Maldives, Kuwait and the USA, including General Manager roles since 2015 under Accor, Wyndham, ITC and independent flags. He trained at Institut Hôtelier César Ritz in Switzerland and began at The Leela, Taj, Radisson Blu and Alila.

Recognition, by count: three industry honours in 2024 and 2025, including Best General Manager in Odisha 2024–25, plus a group award for highest sales across a hotel brand, a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and the Taj Award for Empowerment. Six trade publications have written about his appointment and leadership, and seven recommendations from industry colleagues and guests appear on his own website.

Track record, in numbers: as General Manager of a 110-room hotel he led the property to occupancy of up to 85%, ₹32 crore annual revenue and 42% GOP with a team of about 300. At a 100-room Accor hotel he grew revenue by 33% at 40% GOP with a 100% brand audit score. He holds the IGBC Green Crusader designation (2025) and is a founding member of the Skål International Trivandrum chapter.

What We Built

A full brand pack. A complete identity, consistent messaging and a company LinkedIn page, built so the business name, address and descriptions match everywhere a person or an AI tool might look.

A rebuilt website. The single page became a 28-page site, including 16 articles, written to answer owners’ questions directly and structured so AI systems can read it.

The original Veritas Hospitality Advisors website in September 2026: a single page with the founder's photograph and a short statement. Contact details are not shown
Before, September 2026. The original single page.
The rebuilt Veritas Hospitality Advisors homepage in October 2026: the headline Protecting value, Enhancing performance, with a navigation bar for the main sections
After, 22 October 2026. The rebuilt 28-page site, homepage.

What AI Search Showed

On 31 October 2026 we asked six AI surfaces about the business by name. All six described it correctly, including Perplexity, Gemini, Grok and Google AI Mode. On 30 September, before the rebuild, Gemini had confused the business with other companies called Veritas. After the rebuild, Gemini described it accurately and cited the new website.

The full set of results is on the Veritas Rebrand: AI Search Results page.

These are dated single runs, not guarantees. AI answers vary, and we cannot prove the rebuild alone caused the change.

The Research Behind It

This work applies two research ideas from AISearch Global’s founder, Viveka Mohan Das. The first is the Two-Clock Model: a website’s structure can be fixed in days to weeks, but what AI says about a business moves over weeks to months, so results are tracked over time and not judged in a day. The second is Trust Transfer, a preprint that has not yet been peer reviewed, on how credibility moves between people, brands and machines. In plain terms, AI tools are more likely to repeat a claim when trusted sources already vouch for it. Vaishakh’s awards, press coverage and recommendations are that kind of vouching, so the work was to make them easy to find and attribute to him. This is an idea we are testing, not a result we have proved.
