AISearch Pulse Terms of Use

Web address: aisearch.global/pulse/terms. This is a separate page for Pulse. The AISearch Global website Terms of Service at aisearch.global/terms stay as they are.
Acknowledgement of Country
AISearch Global acknowledges the Dharawal Peoples as the Traditional Custodians of our lands and waterways, and also recognises the Dharug and Gundungurra Nations. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples on these lands.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and AISearch Global (ABN 13 490 201 041), run by Viveka Mohan Das, 33 Watkins Cres, Currans Hill NSW 2567 ("we", "us"). They cover your use of the AISearch Pulse Chrome extension ("Pulse") and any Pulse licence you buy.
By buying a licence or using Pulse, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can agree for it.
2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. If any part of these terms says otherwise, the law wins.
For a major failure with the service, you are entitled to cancel your contract with us and to a refund for the unused part, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have it fixed in a reasonable time and, if it is not, to cancel and get a refund for the unused part.
3. What Pulse is, and what it is not
Pulse is an automated tool. It checks how a web page is set up for search and AI search, gives a ranked fix list, and, with a yearly subscription, asks AI platforms questions and saves the dated answers.
Pulse does not issue any certificate, badge or proof of compliance. It does not certify, verify or approve any website. You must not say or suggest that a site has been certified, verified or approved by Pulse or AISearch Global.
Pulse is an automated check. It does not replace human work, a professional audit, or legal, security, privacy or accessibility advice. A pass on a check is not proof that a site is secure, private, accessible or legal. A check that could not run is not a pass.
A good score does not guarantee that AI tools or search engines will name your business. AI answers change from day to day and can be wrong. They are not a ranking.
4. Plans and prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
| Plan | Price | What you get | Renewal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Yearly subscription | A$99 a year (founding price) | Technical checks and AI runs on Perplexity and Gemini | Renews every year until you cancel |
Payment is taken by Stripe only. We accept Australian billing only.
5. Founding price (first 50 members)
- The A$99 a year founding price is for the first 50 members only. "First 50 members" means the first 50 paid licence keys issued.
- Each founding licence key carries a founding number from 1 to 50.
- If you cancel, your founding spot ends. If you buy again later, you join as a new member at the price then.
6. Price lock
While your yearly subscription stays active, your price stays at A$99 a year for as long as we operate Pulse.
If our costs rise significantly, we may change the renewal price. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal. You can then cancel before the renewal and you will not be charged the new price. A price change never applies to a year you have already paid for.
7. Subscription and auto-renewal
- The yearly subscription renews automatically each year, and Stripe charges the card on file, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your licence keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may try again. If payment still fails, the subscription ends.
8. Refunds
Change-of-mind refund (14 days)
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, as long as 2 or fewer AI runs have been used on your licence. Email [email protected] with your licence key or Stripe receipt.
After 14 days (or, for the yearly subscription, once more than 2 AI runs have been used), we do not give change-of-mind refunds (for example, if you change your mind, forget to cancel, or do not use Pulse).
Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited
The run limit and the 14-day period apply only to change-of-mind refunds. They do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 2). If Pulse has a major failure, is not as described, or is not fit for the purpose we told you about, you are entitled to a remedy, including a refund where the law provides one, no matter how many AI runs you have used or how long ago you bought it.
If we stop offering Pulse during a period you have paid for, we will refund the unused part.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe.
9. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pulse for the plan you paid for.
- Keep your licence key private. Do not share, sell or publish it.
- We check your key with our licence server. If a key is shared or misused, we may suspend it (see section 13).
10. Using Pulse properly
You must:
- only scan sites you own or are allowed to check
- follow the law and the terms of any service you connect to Pulse
- not try to break, copy, reverse-engineer or resell Pulse, except where the law allows
- not use Pulse to overload, attack or harm any website
11. Third-party services
Pulse relies on services we do not control:
- Google for the malware and phishing check (Google Web Risk) and the page speed check (PageSpeed). Results are an "Advisory provided by Google". Google works to keep its lists accurate but cannot guarantee it. Some unsafe sites may not be flagged, and some safe sites may be flagged by mistake.
- Perplexity and Google Gemini for AI runs. They may change, limit or stop their services. If that happens, we may need to change Pulse's AI features and we will tell you what changed. If a change takes away a main feature you have paid for, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part.
- If you add your own Perplexity or Google API keys, those runs go straight from your browser to that provider. They are charged to your own account with them, on top of the Pulse price.
- Stripe for payments, Resend for licence key emails, and Cloudflare for hosting and the licence server.
12. Ownership
We own Pulse, its design, code and methods. You own your website and your own data. You can use your reports and exports for your own business, and share them with people who look after your site.
13. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously break these terms (for example, sharing your key or misusing Pulse). Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a fair chance to fix it. If we end your licence for a reason that is not your fault, or we stop operating Pulse, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
14. Limits on our liability
This section is subject to section 2. It does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Pulse reports what automated checks and AI platforms return. We are not responsible for errors in AI answers or in third-party data, or for changes AI platforms or search engines make.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, revenue, rankings, traffic or opportunity.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Pulse in the 12 months before the claim.
- Where Pulse is not a service ordinarily bought for personal, domestic or household use, and where it is fair and reasonable, our liability for failing a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again (section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law).
- These limits do not apply to loss caused by our fraud, wilful misconduct or negligence that causes death or personal injury.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change could disadvantage you, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel before then and get a refund for the unused part of what you paid. Small fixes (for example, contact details or typos) may take effect when posted.
16. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at [email protected]. We aim to resolve complaints fairly. This does not stop you going to NSW Fair Trading, a tribunal or a court.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. You can still use any court or tribunal that has jurisdiction where you live.
18. General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
