AISearch Pulse

How Pulse works, from one scan to what AI says.

Part one: what happens when you press Scan. Part two: how Pulse suggests the questions your customers ask, puts them to AI, and shows you what comes back. Everything is included in the one price.

1

Open a page and press Scan.

Click the Pulse icon at the top right of Chrome, then press Scan. Nothing to paste, no sign-in.

2

It reads the page and a few small files.

Six things, all from the site you are on. That is the whole list.

3

It checks 13 common pages exist.

It only asks “is this page there?” and downloads nothing.

4

Then 158 checks run on your computer.

Worked out from what it collected. They are not 158 requests.

5

You get a score and a ranked fix list.

SEO, GEO, AEO and AI View scores, each with a grade, then fixes ranked High, Medium and Low with why it matters and how to fix it.

6

Take it away in the format you need.

Every scan report and every AI answer history can be saved to your computer, ready to send to whoever looks after your website.

What each one is for

The HTML report opens in your browser. PDF opens a print page, where you choose Save as PDF. Plain text and Markdown paste into an email or a document. CSV and Excel open in a spreadsheet, and Google Sheets uses the Excel file with an import tip.

7

Your privacy comes first.

To protect your privacy, Pulse keeps its requests to the minimum and gets the most from each one. Your reports and AI history stay on your computer.

What leaves your computer

The address of the page goes to our server, which passes it to Google for the security, speed and malware checks. Your licence key is checked on our licence server. The Privacy Policy lists both.

Part two: the AI questions

Two jobs, one price.

Both jobs are included in your $99 AUD a year. Nothing extra to pay.

Job 1: the scan. Run it on any site, as often as you like.

Job 2: the AI runs. Each run puts your questions to AI and keeps every answer with its date. 2 runs a month are included, which is 1,440 dated answers a year.

Pulse suggests the questions. You choose.

Pulse suggests questions your customers might ask, drawn from your business details, your page and what people really search for. You decide which ones to track. Try it below: drag a card, tap an arrow, or press an arrow key.

Sample suggestions

Try it. Swipe the card, or tap an arrow.

Your tracked questions 0 of 10 tracked

Only kept questions are asked. Prefer to type your own? Edit any line, or add one, before you lock the list. Sample questions here are for a made-up plumber.

    How to use it.

    1. Press the Scan button. It is in the Pulse popup in Chrome, on your own website. It is a button, not a QR code. Pulse reads the page and drafts questions.
    2. Pick your questions. In Settings, choose Questions, keep the ones you like, then press “Track these”.
    3. Press “Run AI check”. It starts at once and takes about 2 minutes. Keep the tab open.
    4. Run it again after your fixes go live, then read the trend.

Pulse always checks the business saved in Settings. Results stay on your computer.

Why the same questions every time.

If the questions change, the answers change, and you cannot tell whether your business improved or the questions just got easier. Locked questions mean each run compares like with like.

AI answers also vary from one ask to the next. That is why each question is asked 3 times on each engine: a question only counts as “named” when your business shows up in at least 2 of the 3 tries. To change the questions, start a new version on purpose. Your earlier runs stay as they were.

    Then Pulse asks the AI.

One included run is 10 questions, each asked 3 times on 2 AI engines, Perplexity and Gemini (no search). That is 60 dated answers. It plays as you scroll to it, and you can replay it. It shows the counting only, not real answers.

    0 of 60 answers
    Question 1 of 10

Who is the best plumber in Parramatta?

The rule: a question only counts as named when your business shows up in at least 2 of its 3 tries. AI answers vary, so a single mention could be luck.

Each column is one question and each row is one try. Illustration only: a real run saves each answer, word for word, with its date.

Then you see what the AI says about you.

After each run, Pulse counts how many of your 10 questions named your business, on each engine. Over time that becomes a line you can watch. Fixing your page should push it up.

Questions that named the business, by run

    PerplexityGemini (no search)

Illustrative sample for a made-up business, not real results. Each point is questions named in at least 2 of 3 tries. Every answer behind it is saved with its date, so you can open it and read what the AI really said.

See what each export looks like.

Click through all 13. Each one is shown with a real or made-up example, and it says which is which.

    Questions people ask.

    Is my data safe?

Saved reports and AI history stay inside Chrome on your own computer. Pages are read by the browser itself, and only a web address travels onward, for the security, speed and malware lookups. Stripe handles payment, so no card number ever reaches Pulse. Removing the extension wipes everything it stored.

How will I know the folder is safe?

    • Look inside. Apart from pictures and fonts, each file is plain text that Notepad can open. No programs hide in there: nothing ending in .exe, .bat or .msi.
    • Ask Chrome. On the extensions page, press Details. Chrome lists what Pulse may do: work on the tab where you click its icon, keep its own results, and run a timer. It has no standing access to your other sites.
    • Follow the connections. Beyond the site being scanned, Pulse contacts only our licence server, plus Perplexity or Google when you add keys of your own (optional, for running more often; they bill you directly and Pulse adds nothing).
    • Change your mind. The Remove button on the same page deletes it in one click.
Check the file is genuine (optional)

Your download has a fingerprint. If it matches ours, the file is genuine.

    Windows

In your Downloads folder, type powershell in the address bar and press Enter. Then run:

    Get-FileHash .\AISearch-Pulse-First-50-Offer.zip
    Mac

    Open Terminal and run:

    shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/AISearch-Pulse-First-50-Offer.zip
    It should printB0B6068397E15F44013275D6370AD8F44C834E8A4CBD2AFAF6E025B220740F78

Capital or small letters do not matter. No match? Delete the file and download it again from your licence email, or email customersupport@aisearch.global.

For an included run your questions go through the AISearch Global licence server, which does not store them.

Refunds: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if 2 or fewer AI runs have been used. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected. Refund terms.

A high score does not guarantee AI tools will name your business, and AI answers change. What Pulse does not do.
